When you install any of the GameBlastStudio games or applications, we may collect and record the information you provide us voluntarily through www.facebook.com ("Facebook") in accordance with the policies and terms of Facebook.

The types of personal information collected in accordance with the activities listed above may vary depending on the activity. This "personal information" is defined as information about you that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal information may include:

  • Name as provided to the Third-Party Platform

  • Facebook user identification number

  • Email address

  • Demographic and location information as well as information from but not limited address, device UDID, IDFA, IDFV, Android ID, software, applications, hardware, and in-game information

Additionally, we may acquire information from you through:

  • Email of a question to our customer support

  • Purchase of a virtual product of any type. Please note that because a third-party site manages the purchases of virtual goods offered by the Service, we do not have access to your credit card details and billing information.

Information We Get When You Use Our Services

We collect information about your device and network connection when you use our app, such as your device brand, device model and network status. This information does not contain any user-sensitive information, such as device IDs or any information that can be used to permanently identify the user or device. We simply use this data for analysis to improve product quality.

In addition to information collected as described above, you may choose to share additional information about yourself throughout the Service, such as in games or on message boards. Any action you perform with other players are considered public, and are your sole discretion.

  • If you installed one of our Applications because you viewed a mobile ad, we will use information to identify the third-party ad network that displayed the mobile ad for us

You can manage some aspects of and use by visiting the "settings" page your mobile device and reviewing the permissions of each application or "app”.

Note that GameBlastStudio is not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request that GameBlastStudio may receive.

Additionally, in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other similar event, customer information may be transferred to GameBlastStudio's successor or assignee, if permitted by and done in accordance with applicable law.

Important Permissions Used

We do not activate or use your device permissions automatically. Only when the feature you are using requires permission, the system will pop up the window to confirm whether you activate the corresponding permission. You can choose to reject but will not be able to use the feature.

The permissions we might use are as follows:

  • android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: This permission is due to the technical needs of our third-party suppliers. You can refuse to grant this permission or you can revoke it. This will not affect our application functions.

  • android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE：Allow the APP to read game resources and data stored on SD card.

  • android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE：Allow the APP to store game resources and data on SD card.

Security

We have put in place reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to overcome those measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. note that email and messaging systems are not considered secure, so we discourage you from sending us personal information through these mediums.

Right to Opt-out (California, USA)

The California Consumer Privacy Act (" CCPA ") gives residents of the US state of California the right to prevent businesses from selling their personal information to third parties. GameBlastStudio takes your privacy very seriously. In certain circumstances, we may share your personal information with third parties who help us to deliver advertisements in our games for products or services that may be tailored for you. Please see the information in the Third-party Operators section of this Privacy Policy for more information about who we might share this information with and how they may use it. Sharing information in this way may be considered " selling " for the purposes of the CCPA. We do not "sell " your personal data to third parties for any other purpose. If you would prefer that your data is not shared with third parties for this purpose, please update your preferences in the Privacy Policy section of your game. Third-party Operators

Advertising Networks: We allows advertisements from the Third-Party ad networks to be displayed in our services. We commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the third-party ad networks are configured to comply with applicable privacy laws, and we reasonably believe this to be the case for each of them.

Our third-party operators may provide you with an ad based on your data includes GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertising on iOS devices), region, location information and IP address.

This Policy does not govern Third-party Operators, as they have their own privacy policies which can be viewed on their websites. The following is a list of the third party we might use in our services, their contact information, and links to their privacy policies:

Policy Regarding Children

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from such children. Children under the age of 13 should not use or attempt to use our App or Services, and if you are under 13, please do not attempt to use our App or Services or send any information about yourself to GameBlastStudio. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.

How to Exercise Your Data Protection Rights

The steps for account deletion are as follows:

  • Open the app and tap on the "Account" section. Here, you'll find the "Delete Account" option.

  • Tap on the "DELETE" button, then simply follow the prompts to complete the account deletion process.

Notice:

  • Account data deletion is a permanent action and cannot be recovered.

  • All data you have in this APP( including coins, game data, progress, and purchases) will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

  • The whole deletion process takes 7 days, during which time your account will be locked. After the 7-day locking period, the deletion process is done. 

  • During the 7 days locking period, logging into your account again will automatically cancel the process of deleting the account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy each time you use our App or Services to stay informed of our privacy practices. If we make changes to our Privacy Policy, we will provide you with additional notice of changes or updates as appropriate.
